Registration on the day of the dance is also available! Just make sure you have all of your forms and donations and make your way to the registration booth when you get there!

You can only get a t-shirt by
pre-registering 

You only need the t-shirt order form if you plan on registering early! This is highly recommended because t-shirts are only $5!

Pre-Registration (Ends April 9th)

If you want to get registration out of the way before the day of the dance, feel free to come to one of our drop off locations. (The advantage of pre-registering is that you get an awesome t-shirt for just $5) We have places where you can drop off your registration forms. These locations are:

Appleton North: Main Office

Appleton North: Business Office

Appleton West: Main Office

Appleton East: Main Office
